For Candidates
What services does Right Resource Africa offer to job seekers?
We offer end-to-end preparation for international employment: technical skills training, language proficiency programs, cultural integration coaching, and placement with verified international employers in Europe and the Gulf. We guide you from application through your first 90 days in your new role.
Which countries do you place candidates in?
We currently focus on placements in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries — primarily Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar — and select European markets. Our destination coverage continues to expand based on employer demand and candidate readiness.
Is there a fee for candidates?
Please contact us directly to discuss fee structures, as they vary depending on the program, destination, and employer arrangement. We are transparent about all costs before you commit to anything. We do not charge hidden fees and operate in compliance with the National Employment Authority (NEA) guidelines.
How long does the training and placement process take?
Timelines vary by program and destination. Typically, the full process — from application to departure — takes between 8 and 20 weeks. Skills training duration depends on the target role; language programs run concurrently where possible to reduce total time.
What documents do I need to apply?
Generally you will need a valid national ID or passport, relevant educational or professional certificates, a recent passport-sized photograph, and a CV. Specific destination countries may require additional documents such as medical certificates or police clearance. We guide you through the full documentation checklist once you begin the process.
Do you provide support after I arrive in my destination country?
Yes. We maintain contact during your first 90 days abroad. If you encounter workplace or settling-in challenges, our team is available to advise and mediate where appropriate. You are not on your own the moment you board the plane.
For Employers
How do I hire candidates through Right Resource Africa?
Start by submitting your hiring requirements via our contact form or by calling our office directly. We will schedule a consultation to understand your staffing needs, timelines, and destination country requirements. From there, we present pre-screened, trained candidates matched to your criteria.
Are your candidates pre-screened and verified?
Yes. All candidates go through background verification, reference checks, language assessment, and skills evaluation before we present them to employers. We do not forward CVs to clients unless the candidate has met our minimum readiness standards for the target role and destination.
What industries do your candidates work in?
We specialise in healthcare (nurses, caregivers, support workers), hospitality (hotel staff, chefs, housekeeping), construction and manufacturing (skilled and semi-skilled trades), domestic services (housekeepers, nannies, cooks), and agriculture. We also support administrative and customer service roles on a case-by-case basis.
Are you registered with the relevant authorities to recruit for the Gulf?
Yes. We are licensed by Kenya's National Employment Authority (NEA), registered with Musaned for Saudi Arabia domestic sector placements, and registered with ENJAZ for Saudi visa processing. We comply with all bilateral labour agreement requirements and destination country regulations.
What is your replacement or guarantee policy?
We operate on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the contract and departure terms. Contact us directly to discuss replacement or guarantee arrangements for your specific hiring needs. We are committed to long-term placements that work for both employer and employee.
Business Advisory & Company Formation
What business advisory services do you offer?
We help companies and entrepreneurs set up operations in Africa — covering entity registration, regulatory compliance, HR structure and payroll setup, business planning, and market entry strategy. We work across East Africa with a primary focus on Kenya and the East African Community region.
Can you help foreign investors register a company in Kenya?
Yes. We guide foreign investors through the process of company registration at the Business Registration Service (BRS), obtaining investment certificates from the Kenya Investment Authority (KenInvest), and meeting sector-specific licensing requirements. We also assist with work permit applications for key expatriate staff.
How long does company formation in Kenya take?
A standard private limited company registration in Kenya typically takes 5 to 10 working days through the online BRS portal. With our assistance navigating the process, we aim to minimise delays. Additional licensing (sector permits, trade licences, etc.) adds time depending on the industry.
