Interim document — effective 18 May 2026. This Cookie Policy is an interim version. A comprehensive version will be issued following legal review.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember preferences, and provide website owners with analytics information.
2. How We Use Cookies
We take a privacy-first approach to analytics and data collection. Our website does not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or third-party profiling tools.
2.1 Strictly necessary
Some cookies are essential for the website to function. These include session management cookies set by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare). These cannot be disabled and do not collect personally identifiable information for marketing purposes.
2.2 Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-preserving analytics tool that:
- Does not use cookies
- Does not track individual users across sites
- Does not collect personally identifiable information
- Operates without a cookie consent banner under most privacy frameworks
Because Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, it is not subject to cookie consent requirements in the same way as Google Analytics or other cookie-based trackers.
2.3 What we do NOT use
- Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager
- Facebook Pixel or other social media trackers
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Third-party marketing or profiling platforms
3. Embedded Content
Our contact page includes an embedded Google Maps iframe to display our office location. Google may set its own cookies when this map is loaded. We do not control these cookies. You can learn more at Google's Cookie Policy.
If you prefer not to load the Google Maps iframe, you can view our office address in the contact details section without interacting with the map.
4. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from particular websites
- Block all cookies
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser
Note that blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of some websites. Disabling cookies on our site will not materially affect your experience, as we rely minimally on cookies for core functionality.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our technology use or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
