From Kenya to three continents
Right Resource started in 2012 as a business consultancy registered under the laws of Kenya. The original focus was simple: help companies find the right people for the right roles — recruitment, HR management, workforce training.
Over the years, something shifted. Clients kept asking whether we could help them find talent for positions abroad. Candidates kept asking whether we had international openings. The demand was there. The problem was that most candidates, regardless of skill level, were not prepared for what working in a different country actually involves.
So we built a program around that gap. Today, Right Resource Africa trains candidates not just in technical skills but in the language, culture, and daily practicalities of their destination country. We work with employers in Europe and the Gulf who want workers who can hit the ground running — and actually stay.
